CORNERSHOP began as a dream fuelled by the love of mid-century furniture, design and an obsession with coffee.
A concept store, coffee shop, drive thru and roastery.
Putting these all together somewhere in the Wicklow wilds, surrounded by nature, sounded like a good idea.
A building was needed to house this idea, a large one, one that would also compliment the items it would display and the coffee it would roast and serve.
In October 2023 the keys landed for such a space in Avoca, Wicklow and work began. February 2024 saw the opening of the hatch to our drive thru followed by our roastery six months later with our mid-century concept store and sit in coffee shop due to open spring 2025.
